Hello all

I'm sorry to say that we're knocking the 12 cars on the head for this year.

I'm really struggling for time at the moment as business has taken an unexpected increase. The sad news of Bill Troughear (Cumbria RLO) passing away simply made my decision for me. KLMC and myself have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with Bill and his approach really helped simplify the task of organising events.I believe now would be a good time to take stock while the new RLO finds his feet. Hopefully the 12 Cars will return next Winter - maybe even January 2011, running from Jan to Dec.

Whatever happens I'd like to thank you all for your support over the last 5(!) years, especially Katy Mashiter for her help on the events and inbetween, Paul Allen, Alex Willan, Mike Kirk, Steve Head, Tom Wilcox, Martyn Taylor, Neil Harrison and Pete Tyson for all organising events and of course you the competitors and marshals for coming out to play.
